Golden Bombs (Afterbirth) - Gives you unlimited bombs for the duration of the current floor you are on. To best avoid large Troll Bombs, you either need a good speed stat to outrun them or you can shoot them with your tears to have the minimal knockback effect from them push them bombs away from you which is usually enough. Big Troll Bombs will chase your character down and explode when the fuse runs out.
